By accessing this website or purchasing from Dogwood Hills, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Business Information

 

Dogwood Hills, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company operating within the State of Missouri.

 

2. Handmade Product Notice

 

All products are handmade in small batches. Variations in color, scent, texture, and appearance are natural and do not constitute defects.

 

Products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

​

Dogwood Hills, LLC is not responsible for misuse of products.

​

3. No P.O. Boxes

​

We ship only to physical street addresses within the United States.

​

Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address may be canceled at our sole discretion.

​

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate physical address at checkout.

​

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

​

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

​

Signature Confirmation

 

Dogwood Hills, LLC reserves the right to require USPS Signature Confirmation on any order at its sole discretion. Orders shipping to freight forwarding addresses may require signature confirmation.

 

Delivery is considered complete once USPS confirms delivery, including signature confirmation when applicable.

 

Refusal to sign for a package does not constitute non-delivery.

 

Transfer of Risk

 

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

 

Dogwood Hills, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Packages marked “Delivered”

  • Packages signed for at the delivery address

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost or damaged prior to confirmed delivery, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS. We will provide tracking documentation but are not responsible for filing claims on behalf of customers.

​

5. Freight Forwarding & International Orders

​

Dogwood Hills, LLC does not ship internationally.

​

If a customer uses a freight forwarder, export service, or third-party reshipper:

  • Delivery to the U.S. forwarding address constitutes completed delivery.

  • Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery.

  • Signature confirmation, when obtained, serves as conclusive proof of fulfillment.

  • Damage, loss, or mishandling after delivery voids eligibility for refund or replacement.

  • Orders shipped to freight forwarding addresses are final sale once marked delivered.

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, product seizure, or foreign regulatory restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders shipping to freight forwarding addresses.

​

6. Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the nature of handmade body care and textile products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

​

Final Sale Items

​

Products marked “Sale,” “Clearance,” “Closeout,” or discounted are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

 

Damaged Items

 

Customers must notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of both product and packaging.

Failure to notify within this timeframe voids eligibility for consideration.

All refund or replacement determinations are made at the sole discretion of Dogwood Hills, LLC.

​

7. Subscription Products & Services

​

If subscription products are offered (including flower subscriptions or recurring shipments):

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance.

  • By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

  • Cancellations must occur prior to the next billing date.

  • No refunds are provided for billed subscription periods.

Agricultural Risk

​

Flower subscriptions and farm-based products are subject to weather, crop conditions, and seasonal availability.

​

Dogwood Hills, LLC reserves the right to substitute comparable products, adjust pickup dates, or modify offerings due to crop failure or agricultural conditions.

​

Such modifications do not constitute breach of contract.

​

Missed Pickups

​

Failure to pick up subscription products within the designated timeframe results in forfeiture without refund.

​

8. Pricing & Website Accuracy

​

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

​

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and cancel orders arising from inaccuracies.

​

9. Intellectual Property

​

All website content including text, images, product descriptions, branding, and logos are the property of Dogwood Hills, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Dogwood Hills, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

​

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

​

11. Indemnification

​

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dogwood Hills, LLC from claims arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

​

12. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

​

Customers agree to contact Dogwood Hills, LLC directly prior to initiating a payment dispute.

​

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback where:

  • USPS confirms delivery

  • Signature confirmation is obtained

  • The address matches checkout information

​

Use of a freight forwarding address constitutes acknowledgment that delivery to that address fulfills the order.

​

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

​

13. Arbitration Agreement

​

Any dispute arising from purchases or website use shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Missouri in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

​

You waive the right to a trial by jury.

​

14. Class Action Waiver

​

Claims must be brought individually.

​

You may not participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Dogwood Hills, LLC.

​

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over class proceedings.

​

15. Force Majeure

​

Dogwood Hills, LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, crop failure, postal disruptions, government action, or supply chain interruptions.

​

16. Governing Law

​

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

 

Any arbitration or legal action shall occur exclusively in Missouri.

​

17. Essential Oils & Sensitivity Disclaimer

 

Some products sold by Dogwood Hills, LLC contain essential oils, botanical extracts, herbs, and natural fragrances.

 

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Essential oils and botanical ingredients may cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.

  • You are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information prior to use.

  • A patch test is recommended before full application.

  • Dogwood Hills, LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use.

  • Products are not intended for ingestion.

  • Customers assume all responsibility for determining suitability of products for their individual needs.

 

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
