Dogwood Hills, LLC ships only within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order prior to shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or due to high order volume.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Address Requirements
We ship only to physical street addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address may be canceled at our sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Dogwood Hills, LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Dogwood Hills, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.
Signature Confirmation
Dogwood Hills, LLC reserves the right to require USPS Signature Confirmation on any order at its sole discretion.
Orders shipping to known freight forwarding or reshipping addresses may require signature confirmation.
Delivery is considered complete once USPS confirms delivery, including signature confirmation when applicable.
Refusal to sign for a package does not constitute non-delivery.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Dogwood Hills, LLC is not responsible for:

Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Packages signed for at the delivery address

Carrier delays

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If a package is lost or damaged in transit prior to confirmed delivery, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with USPS.
Dogwood Hills, LLC will provide tracking documentation upon request but is not responsible for filing claims on behalf of customers.
Freight Forwarding & International Orders
Dogwood Hills, LLC does not ship internationally.
If a customer chooses to use a freight forwarding service, export service, or third-party reshipper to transport their order outside of the United States:

Delivery to the U.S. forwarding address constitutes completed delivery.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery.

Signature confirmation, when obtained, serves as conclusive proof of fulfillment.

Orders shipped to freight forwarding addresses are final sale once marked delivered.

Dogwood Hills, LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, customs fees, import duties, regulatory restrictions, or confiscation occurring outside the United States.

Customers assume all responsibility for compliance with the laws of the destination country.
Dogwood Hills, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders shipping to freight forwarding addresses at its sole discretion.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address information or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
