RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Dogwood Hills, LLC, we take pride in creating handmade lavender products with care. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies.

 

Final Sale on Opened or Used Items

 

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used body care products and textile items are not eligible for return.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lavender body balms

  • Sachets

  • Eye pillows

  • Neck wraps

  • Lap pillows

  • Laundry detergent

  • Gift packs

 

Sale & Closeout Items

 

Any product marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” “Closeout,” or otherwise discounted is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged during shipment, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of both the product and packaging

 

Failure to notify within 3 days voids eligibility for consideration.

 

If approved, replacement or refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dogwood Hills, LLC.

 

Freight Forwarding Addresses

 

Orders shipped to freight forwarding or reshipping services are not eligible for return or replacement once delivery has been confirmed to the forwarding address.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

 

If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
